Where are you located? We are located 1/4 mile west of the intersection of 287 and 42 in Lafayette, CO (near Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital).

What if I don't have insurance? We accept cash payments and offer a "time of service discount" on most services. If you require a payment plan, our billing department will sit down with you and form a plan that works.
